Description de la mission

Within Deepki, the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager, under the responsibility of the HR Director, carries out payroll and administrative management of employees. His/her role is to establish and control the payroll, using the ADP software in total outsourcing, and to be the point of contact for the French employees.

On a daily basis, he or she will :

  1. Manage the payroll of French employees:
  • Respond to requests from employees and managers regarding payroll-related items and events,
  • Interact with the various internal players (human resources, accounting, etc.),
  • Prepare mutual insurance and provident fund files in relation to the managing organisations,
  • Manage the necessary external relations with the administrations and social protection organisations (URSSAF, Pôle emploi, CNAM, CPAM, Caisses de Retraite, Mutuelles, etc.),
  • Monitor the IJSS (Indemnités Journalières de Sécurité Sociales),
  • Manage the mandatory annual declarations (training, etc.)
  • Participate in monitoring and updating the economic and social database
  1. Manage personnel administration:
  • Drafting of employment contracts, amendments and monitoring of the integration process for new arrivals
  • Manage the follow-up of employees (absences, leave, illness)
  • Manage the exit of employees 
  • Create and manage personnel files in the personnel administration management tool (GAP),
  • Prepare certificates and other administrative documents required by the employee.

Description de votre profil

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES :

  • A background in payroll
  • Rigour and excellent organisational skills
  • Adaptability and teamwork skills
  • Good interpersonal skills

ESSENTIAL SKILLS :

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a payroll manager
  • Good knowledge of social law

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS :

  • Knowledge of ADP Decidium software
